Scope of Services
Vegas Line Services provides consulting, standby support, event power advisory, and visual/thermal assessments of customer-side and publicly visible utility-side equipment. All observations reflect conditions visible at the time of inspection and do not constitute engineering analysis, utility certification, forensic investigation, or guarantees of system performance.
Independent Consultant
Vegas Line Services is an independent consulting company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of NV Energy or any other utility provider. All operational decisions involving utility equipment remain solely with the utility.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
While Vegas Line Services provides proactive assessments and on-site monitoring, electrical systems contain inherent uncertainties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, prevention of outages, or the performance, condition, or reliability of any customer-owned or utility-owned equipment.

All services provided by Vegas Line Services are advisory in nature. We do not perform energized work, utility switching, repairs, or maintenance on utility-owned equipment.
Any observations involving utility infrastructure are strictly non-invasive visual or thermal assessments.
Customer Responsibility
Recommendations provided by Vegas Line Services are based on information available at the time of assessment. Implementation of recommendations, corrective actions, system maintenance, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations remain solely the responsibility of the customer, their contractors, and/or their utility provider.
Event Readiness Advisory
Vegas Line Services specializes in identifying observable risk factors and supporting venue operations during high-profile events. Our services are intended to complement—not replace—utility maintenance programs, venue engineering teams, or licensed electrical professionals.
